LINE TECHNICIAN

The Service Department is seeking an experienced, motivated Line Technician to join our team. A successful applicant must be prompt and timely with communication, while thoroughly performing diagnosis on each vehicle, as if it belonged to a family member. See below for qualifications:
Preferred Line Technician experience with diagnosis and repair of various automotive systems including but not limited to suspension, brakes, electrical, and drivability.
2 or more years' experience in auto repair. ASE certification is a plus. Trade school and experience will be considered.
Effective communication skills to correspond with Service Advisors and Parts Department.
Must have a valid driver's license, must pass background check and drug test.

A successful applicant must be prompt and timely with communication, while thoroughly performing preventative maintenance on each vehicle, as if it belonged to a family member. Previous Quick Lube/Quick Service experience in light mechanical repair, oil & filter change, tire rotations and replacement, wiper & filter replacement is preferred.
Trade school and experience will be considered.
Effective communication skills to correspond with Service Advisors and Parts Department.

A salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers during their buying process, whether in person, online or over the phone, and be able to have the confidence to ask the customer for the sale.
Computer skills such as drafting e-mails, data input accuracy and use of common programs is required. Additionally, a salesperson must be dedicated to consistent follow up with potential and past customers. Ongoing training of sales processes and new vehicles and technology is also required.
Must have a driver's license and pass a background check and drug screening.
